We are now one week away from PIAAC results coming out, and we are going to be taken by surprise once again. If the results are “up” then maybe literacy education needs fewer resources. If they are “down” what have we done with all the money? Maybe it’s time to get the counter-narrative together? How do we start? I got a chance to start talking about this recently (http://www.ctvnews.ca/video?clipId=1010920&playlistId=1.1470282&binId=1.810401&playlistPageNum=1) but they’ve asked me back after the results are out. What should I be saying?
